Our return policy for all Zorrlla products is as follows:

 

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we unfortunately would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted

 

  1. Conditions of return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-used and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

  1. Partial Refunds

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted.

 

  1. Refunds (if applicable)

If a customer requests a return and the return is approved by Zorrlla, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied within a certain amount of days to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

  1. Cancellation policy

A customer may cancel a product with a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund – it will only stop any future payments.

 

  1. Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@zorrlla.com.
